 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is your opportunity to help shape the f
 uture of the club by participating in key decisions and voting for the new

 vote and nominate. Proxy votes are not accepted. Non-ordinary members may
  attend if invited\, but may only observe unless invited to speak by the C
 hair.AttendanceMembers must attend in-person. To help us manage attendance
  and meet quorum requirements (minimum 10 ordinary members)\, please accep
 t the calendar invitation for this meeting. This helps the club track expe
 cted attendance and ensure we can proceed with the AGM. Submit a MotionOr
 dinary members may submit motions to be added to the agenda. Submissions 
 Close:  2nd October 2:00pmCall for NominationsWho can nominate? Any ordin
 ary member (currently enrolled Curtin student and current club member). Y
 ou can still submit a nomination even if you cannot attend the AGM\, howev
 er\, only ordinary members who attend the AGM will be eligible to vote. Pr
 oxy votes are note accepted.How to nominate? A nomination form for 2026 co
 mmittee roles will be sent out via email over the next week\, including a 
 list of available roles\, their responsibilities\, and the benefits of bec
 oming a committee member.Nominations Close: 9th October 2:00pmExecutive r
 oles (President\, Treasurer\, Secretary) will be elected at the AGM. Other
  roles will also be filled on the day and may be filled later by the incom
 ing committee. Expressions of interest for additional roles are welcome. 
 The meeting will run in accordance with the agenda items.
